The Cottage Lane mini-village draws from a variety of architectural styles including homes tucked away at Bayview in Petoskey where the Mullye family would vacation. In addition to the Victorian and Modernist influences Cottage Lane is anchored by a whimsical tiki hut and a tiki statue. Homes range in age from 1915-2026.

Cottage Lane, located between Regent St. and Leslie St. was 20 years in the making and shows how one person’s vision can help recreate a vital urban neighborhood.
